Freshman year of high school I joined wrestling, and my passion for fitness was born. From there I mixed weight lifting with martial arts throughout most of my 20s, and always considered myself “healthy” because I was always active, but I had a major problem, and it was holding me back:
alcohol and poor eating habits
No matter how hard I trained, I never saw the results I
wanted because of my bad habits. At one point I was drinking 10+ beers a night, every night, for 3-4 years. Eventually, I lost someone really close to me to alcohol, and decided it was time for me to make a change.
I put down the alcohol for good, learned how to eat for a
purpose, and the results started pouring in like never before. This opened my eyes to the realization of just how important proper diet/nutrition is, and how much bad habits were holding me back. So I decided to dedicate my time to
helping others see the light, and finally get the results they’ve always wanted as well.
